* All prices display in USD ($) unless otherwise specified. Fares are subject to availability, are non-transferable, and may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice until full payment is processed and e-tickets are issued. Real-time airfare quotes provided online or via phone represent current availability and cannot be guaranteed until ticketing is complete. Advertised Savings: Savings up to 50% to 70% (or as stated in specific marketing campaigns) are calculated based on un-discounted published Full Flexible Business Class or First Class Airfares (typically 'J', 'C', or 'F' class codes) of major scheduled airlines. Phone-Only / Private Fares: Discounted fares advertised on WOW MY FLIGHT are exclusive, non-published, or contract fares that are not available directly on public airline search engines. To access these specialized rates, bookings must be confirmed via our dedicated phone lines. Actual savings vary based on origin, destination, routing, seasonal demand, advance purchase window, minimum stay requirements, and seat availability at the time of booking. Changes & Cancellations: Most discounted business class and premium economy fares are strictly non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-endorsable. Where permitted by specific airline fare rules, ticket modifications, date changes, or routing updates will incur applicable airline change fees, fare differences, and WOW MY FLIGHT administrative service charges. Complimentary checked and carry-on baggage allowances are governed entirely by the operating carrier's baggage policy. While premium fares generally include checked baggage privileges, certain discounted or partner-operated segments may carry restrictions or additional fees. Please check your e-ticket itinerary for confirmed allowance details or consult your personal flight specialist. Seat assignments, dietary meal requests, and special services (such as bassinet placement or mobility assistance) are requests submitted directly to the operating airline. While we endeavor to secure preferred seating, final seat assignment remains at the sole discretion of the operating carrier and cannot be guaranteed. All total quoted prices include government taxes, passenger facility charges (PFCs), international departure/arrival fees, security charges, and WOW MY FLIGHT booking fee components. Any applicable country-specific entry/exit fees, airport transit taxes, or baggage fee overages collected directly at the airport by local authorities or operating airlines are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
